I’m an extremely fortunate person. Professionally, I’ve had a fulfilling and successful career within high performing organizations and now I work for myself  doing what I truly love. Personally, I have meaningful and fulfilling relationships with family, friends, and colleagues.

My career started as an entry-level data entry technician in a small home delivery pharmacy just outside of Philadelphia, PA. There were about 100 of us, we all knew each other and there was a strong sense of camaraderie and family. We were also highly competitive and very successful in a fast moving and consistently changing industry. Fast forward ~ 25 years and my last role was Senior Director of Pharmacy Operations for a Fortune 30 company, responsible for a budget of $45M and a team of 1,000 operational leaders, registered pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. My career with publicly traded healthcare companies came to an end when the fire inside of me to do what I am passionate about, contributing to the success of others through coaching and teaching, became too strong to ignore. That’s when I stepped out of corporate America and partnered with FocalPoint Coaching and Training Excellence to launch CBR Improvement Strategies. I’m driven by the purpose of being the “pebble on the pond” whose ripples positively impact my clients, their families, their employees, and our community. My vision as a business coach is to leave a legacy of success by positively impacting the business owners and leaders that I work with. And I fulfill this vision through helping my clients with Strategic Planning, Operational Excellence, and Professional Development.
